Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders under $30 will incur a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in the email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 25 business days of the shipping date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
