Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your MISTVO purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original packaging, unused and undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@mistvo.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different products of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange, contact us at support@mistvo.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.
