Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at support@mistvo.com and we’ll do our best to help.

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@mistvo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect the amount in your account.

Fill the tank to the 200ml line with clean water, then add 5–10 drops of essential oil. For a lighter scent, use fewer drops. For a stronger effect, add up to 15 drops. Always use pure essential oils — not synthetic fragrance oils.

Empty the tank after each use. Once a week, wipe the inside of the tank with a cotton pad lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol. Rinse with clean water and dry before using again. Never submerge the unit in water.

Our diffusers use water-based ultrasonic technology and are generally safe for home use. However, certain essential oils (tea tree, eucalyptus, peppermint) may not be suitable for young children, pregnant women, or cats and dogs. Always consult a healthcare provider if in doubt. Keep the unit out of reach of children.

Our diffusers are powered via USB (DC 24V / 500mA), which means the power adapter handles voltage conversion. As long as your USB adapter supports your local voltage (100–240V), the diffuser will work anywhere in the world. A plug adapter may be needed depending on your country’s socket type.

On continuous mode, the 200ml tank lasts approximately 6–7 hours. On intermittent mode (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off), it can last up to 12–14 hours. The diffuser automatically shuts off when the water runs out.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. We never store your card details.

Yes. Our checkout is encrypted with SSL and all card payments are processed by certified payment processors. MISTVO never sees or stores your full card number.
