How order tracking works
Order confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase with your order number.
Order processed (1–3 business days)
We prepare and pack your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
In transit (7–18 business days)
Your package is on its way. Tracking updates every 1–2 days. Allow 48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the shipping email.
Delivered 🎉
Your order arrives. If you’re not home, the carrier will leave a notice or attempt redelivery.
